	Monster Truck – Sweet Mountain River Monster Tuck are working on their first full album called Furiosity. What a great album name. That will be out on May 28^th. This is the first single from it.
	Green Day – X-Kid This is from their ¡Tré! album the final in their trilogy. X-Kid is a pretty heavy song, and I don’t mena in sound. It’s written about one of Billy Jo’s friends who committed suicide in 2009 although the message applies to much to the Gen Xers.
	Slash featuring Myles Kennedy and The Conspirators – Anastasia This is still from Apocalyptic Love although it was just a few weeks ago Slash announced he is working on a new album with Myles and the guys.
	Corey Taylor and Dave Grohl – From Can To Can’t Slipknot and Stone Sour frontman Corey Taylor teams up with Dave and his Sound City Players for this song off the Sound City Real to Reel album.
	Rival Sons – Until The Sun Comes 2^nd single from their latest album Head Down. Another solid song for the guys. Wonder how long this one can be #1 on our Big 8 @ 8. It’s bound to get there. Their last single was there for close to tow months.

Alice In Chains – Hollow

Alice in Chains are releasing a new album this May called The Devil Put The Dinosaurs Here. This will be the first album since 2009 and the first album since the death of their bass player Mike Starr two years ago Friday March 8^th.

Billy Talent – Stand Up And Run

Billy Talent will be playing at the Cunard Centre April 16^th just ahead of the Junos where they are nominated for 3 awards: Group of the Year, Rock Album of the year for Dead Silence and Single of the Year for Viking Death March.

3 Doors Down – One Light

3 Doors Down are celebrating the past 12 years of success with their Greatest Hits album. It’s out now if you would like to pick it up. One Light is one of 3 new songs featured on it.

Volbeat – Heaven Nor Hell

Denmark based Volbeat are a bit Rock and bit metal and a bit rockabilly, according to their bio anyway. Whatever you want to call them this is a pretty cool song. Heaven Nor Hell will be on their album Outlaw Gentlemen & Shady Ladies coming out on April 9^th.

Imagine Dragons – It’s Time

If you’re thinking Imagine Dragons is kind of strange name, it is. The band says that it’s actually an anagram (the letters are used to make different words) but they won’t say what it is. Their debut album Night Visions is out now.

Walk Of The Earth – Red Hands

You probably remember Walk Off The Earth from their cover of Somebody That I Used To Know. Well, the Ontario band does make their own music too.

Jack White – I’m Shakin’

Jack White is back with another tune from his Blunderbuss album, his two time Grammy nominated album Blunderbuss. This is the only song he didn’t write from the album, that would be because it’s a cover. This had been done by The Blasters in 1981 and Little Willie John in 1961.

Bon Jovi – Because We Can

Jon and the boys are back with their 12^th album, really only 12 it seems like it should be more… anyway, What About Now will be out on march 26^th. This is the first single from it.

Mumford and Sons – I Will Wait

Mumford and Sons are making an impact this side of the Atlantic once again with their new album Babel. Marcus Mumford told MTV that the song "reflects the band's hectic life on the road - which shaped the new album's sound." Wait MTV still deals with music?

Paul McCartney and Dave Grohl – Cut Me Some Slack

This is the song that had everybody talking following its debut at the 12-12-12 Sandy Relief Concert. It will be featured on the Soundtrack to the Sound City Documentary that Dave Grohl has been working on. The Soundtrack will be out on March 12^th.

One Bad Son - Scarecrows

One Bad Son first came together back in 2004 in Saskatoon but now are based in Vancouver. This is off their self titled album which came out back in September. The band is made up of Shane Volk (Vocals), Adam Hicks (guitar), Adam Grant (bass) and Kurt Dahl (drums). Check it out, very cool.

Sheepdogs – Feeling Good

The Rolling Stone cover boys are back with another tune from their debut major label album. Gotta say, you can tell that one of the Black Keys guys produced this song. That’s not a bad thing, it’s just a thing.

Green Day – Let Yourself Go

While Billie Jo is taking some time to cover some personal stuff in rehab the band is still relaseing new music. This is from the Uno album, the first in their trilogy. Dos will be out next Tuesday and Tre will be out on December 11^th. The last one wasn’t supposed to be out until January but hey moved it up.

Danko Jones – Just A Beautiful Day

Rock and Roll Is Black and Blue is the album. It came out back in September. This is the first single from this project. If you are a huge Danko fan they are giving away lifetime tickets to their shows on the band’s website.
